Citing political sources, reports have surfaced that various discussions are currently taking place within the party regarding the future political leadership of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna.
While investigations and allegations have been made in the past regarding various issues related to the family of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, another piece of information regarding Namal Rajapaksa and Yoshida Rajapaksa has now come to light.
A complaint has been made to the Criminal Investigation Department, alleging that there has been a threat to the safety of Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa, who is under arrest, when he is brought to Parliament.
